📜 Terms of Service

1. Purpose

This agreement governs the mobile/web services provided by Gurundol Co., Ltd.

2. Definitions

• “Member”: A user who agrees to this agreement
• “dApp-linked member”: A member using SushiRunner or other dApps
• “Service”: The FitCash fitness reward app and its dApp integrations
• “Points”: Virtual rewards for walking, viewing ads, etc.
• “KAIYA”: A separate reward within the dApp ecosystem

3. Changes

Terms may be changed with at least 7 days prior notice. Continued use implies acceptance.

4. Services

• Point rewards for walking
• Additional rewards for ads
• Web3/dApp integration
• Gift card, coupon, shopping exchange

5. Membership

Joined via LINE Wallet or email. Fraudulent signups may be restricted.

6. Usage

Points are limited daily and earned via activity and ads. Abuse may result in restriction.

7. Point Policy

Points expire after 30 days of inactivity or 12 months. No cash refund. Subject to change.

8. Suspension

Services may be suspended for maintenance or system issues. The Company is not liable for external failures.

9. Withdrawal

Members may withdraw anytime. Data will be deleted after 30 days. Rejoining may be restricted.

10. Prohibited Use

• Impersonation, fraud, hacking, automation
• Repeated ad viewing for unfair gain
• Abuse of events or reward systems

11. Liability Disclaimer

The Company is not liable for issues arising from natural disasters, network problems, etc., unless caused by gross negligence.

12. Disputes

Disputes are resolved under Korean law at the Company’s local court.
