Gurundol Co., Ltd. (the “Company”) complies with relevant privacy laws and strives to protect user information.

1. Personal Data We Collect

Required: Email, LINE Wallet address
Optional: Phone number, ad consent
Automatically collected: Step count (HealthKit/Google Fit), device ID (IDFA/GAID), IP, access time

2. Collection Method

Auto-collected via app integration and APIs, including ad SDKs.

3. Purpose of Use

• User identification and service management
• Convert steps to points and deliver rewards
• Customer support, event announcements
• Analytics and service quality improvement

4. Third-party Sharing

We do not share personal data without consent, except:
(1) User provides written consent
(2) Required by law
Wallet address and activity data may be shared with dApps (consent required).

5. Data Retention

We retain data until user withdrawal. After withdrawal, data is retained for 30 days. Legal exceptions apply:

• Consumer protection law: contract data 5 years, complaints 3 years, ads 6 months
• E-finance law: transactions 5 years
• Telecom law: login and base station logs for up to 1 year

6. Destruction of Personal Data

Upon expiry, data is deleted via secure methods (overwrite, shredding).

8. User Rights

Users may access, correct, delete, or request account withdrawal via app or by emailing gurudolofficial@gmail.com.
